A barbecue is one of the most sensually pleasing methods of cooking. The mere sight of the meats crackling over the fire can get the taste buds going; as the smell wafts along towards envious neighbours. The taste, well that depends on who's doing the grilling. However, it's a bit of work, especially after a long day at the office - there's preparing the meats, standing over the heat to ensure your food doesn't get too charred and such.
