Michelin star chef Alfredo Russo takes over The Brasserie at St Regis Kuala Lumpur to wow with modern Italian gastronomic delights.

For three days only, Italian Michelin star chef Alfredo Russo will be cooking up a special lunch and dinner menu at The Brasserie, St Regis Kuala Lumpur.

The 4-course lunch menu will be available on September 1 and 2 while the 6-course dinner will be available from August 31 to September 2, just in time for the long Merdeka and Hari Raya holiday weekend.

Both menus will feature modern creations like the chef's signature oyster ice-cream and comes with or without wine pairing, so expect to be wowed with amazing eats.

Famous for his inventive approach to Italian cuisine, chef Russo opened his own restaurant Dolce Stil Novo at the age of 22. He earned his first Michelin star three years later, eventually moving his restaurant to the Palace of Venaraia, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

His restaurant became the first ever eatery to be located inside a royal palace, receiving a spot on the prestigious L'olimpo della ristoranzione list by the Italian Touring Club and the International Five Star Diamond Award from The American Academy of Hospitality Services.
