You're in luck as Szechuan food is taking over the menu at Shang Palace, Shangri-La Hotel KL from April 23 - May 7 with the arrival of guest chef Bart Chen

Throughout the 2 weeks, Chef Chen will be cooking up his signature dishes like Szechuan slow-cooked beef with spiced oil, Szechuan spicy prawns with dry pot sauce, Szechuan braised fish with golden mushrooms and spicy broth as well as wok-fried chicken with chillies and fresh green peppers, among others. 

These are delights that are as authentic as they get, being cooked up by a Szechuan-born chef. 

Aside from an ala carte menu, there will also be 2 special 6-course set menus, priced at RM138 nett per person and RM161 nett per person. These set menus are available for order only with a minimum of 2 persons.
