Tabe Tomo's previous yakitori-sake match up saw the restaurant's signatures served alongside a flight of sake from brewery Bijofu.

The fun and engaging dinner with the brewery's representatives resulted in a greater appreciation for what the restaurant and distillery tried to achieve.

Standouts included pork belly and asparagus skewers paired with a fruity and light junmai ginjo tama, as well as a chicken skewer served with citrus and grated radish paired with a more pronounced junmai daiginjo hina.

Those interested should act fast as there are limited seats. Send them a message via the restaurant's Facebook page or WhatsApp them at 0122076077 to book your seats.
