Premium chocolatier Godiva is turning the tables with its latest Valentine’s Day Collection -- Buffet de Gâteaux, or the buffet of cakes.
Everyone knows chocolate cake, but cake chocolate?
Premium chocolatier Godiva is turning the tables with its latest Valentine’s Day Collection -- Buffet de Gâteaux, or the buffet of cakes.
Inspired by some well-known and well-loved cake recipes, and crafted by chef Yannick Chevolleau, the new collection is meant to mimic the servings at an afternoon tea, albeit in a far more decadent manner.
To complement its creations, Godiva tapped Sarajo Frieden, an American artist to design the whimsical packaging that are as delightful to look at as the chocolates it holds are to eat.
If you love someone who loves chocolate as much as (if not more than) they love you, here is what you could have in your Buffet de Gâteaux:
Strawberry Shortcake
Sachertorte
Lemon Cheesecake
Paris Brest
Crème Brûlée
Matcha Chiffon Cake
The Gift Boxes
The gift boxes are available in various shapes and sizes at Godiva boutiques, priced from RM69 to RM799.
Only thing left is a bottle of champagne, particularly this bottle of champagne: the Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial Emoëticons.
