The Library at Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur will host chef Christopher Millar and his signature Wagyu beef from his own farm.

Australian chef Christopher Millar will be taking over The Library, Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur, to give Malaysian diners the opportunity to try his signature dishes.

The 6-course dinner will take place from October 31 to November 4.

Guests will be treated to dishes such as Sturia caviar on crème fraiche cracker, Wagyu tri-tip tataki with truffle mascarpone and olive soil and even the intriguing wasabi and Paris mash.

The six-course dinner is priced at RM350 per person witn an the option of wine pairing at RM500 per person.
