An 8-course lunch menu, aunthentic Italian and the South American Arepa are making their way to Troika Sky DIning.

Troika Sky Dining lives up to its reputation for having something new around every corner this June with all new offerings from its three restaurants.

At Cantaloupe, modern European fine dining is taking the “modern” very seriously with an 8-course menu that is meant to be served and consumed in 45 minutes – perfect for the modern man and woman with never enough time on their hands. The menu consists of scallops, wagyu, roselle and foie gras and is available weekdays from 12 pm to 2 pm at RM120 nett per person.

Strato on the other hand is going back to its Italian roots with a new á la carte menu that pays homage to authentic Italian cooking. Diners can delight in new appetizers like mozzarella burrata but it’s the pasta that’s sure to pick your fancy with options like fresh blue lobster black fettucine, ricotta gnudi, and wagyu beef cheek and trotter ravioli.

On its South American side, Fuego is turning Venezuelan street food into fine dining. The Arepa is a crispy corn pocket made of maize dough that are stuffed with a variety of fillings. But this being Fuego and not the streets of Colombia, diners can look forward to Crunchy Soft Shell Crab Arepa, Beef Shin Arepa and Chicken Thigh Arepa.

Reservations van be made online at Troika Sky Dining’s official website.
