Behing the scenes: Brian and Mark Choo

At 8 in the morning, the Tatler team gathered at a McDonald’s in Shah Alam, the only landmark in a rocky terrain within range of our photo shoot venue. The locals there were unprepared for the sight that followed as our cover stars Brian and Mark Choo had their hair and grooming done in full view of everyone. The entire crew then drove on to the chosen photo shoot location down the road, where the brothers were asked to channel their best 007 impersonations for the camera. Despite the fierce sun, they braved the heat in their suits and sunglasses to execute the shots we wanted—from sitting on jagged rocks to climbing up steep slopes.

Photography: Kah Mun from Myth Studios; Art Direction: Allan Casal; Hair: Tim Low from Albert Nico Boutiqeu Salon; Grooming: Joyce Lee using Estee Lauder; Watches: Montblanc
