When her golden retriever Caesar went missing, restaurateur Caleen Chua harboured hope when she was notified a dog that looked like hers was spotted at a dog shelter called Under One Woof. There, she met Sim Kian Teng—the shelter’s dedicated owner. Although the dog at the shelter wasn't hers, Caleen was moved to action when she learnt that Under One Woof was going to be evicted from their home. Together with her family and team, Caleen put together a fundraising party for Under One Woof in conjunction with her 30th birthday, held at her restaurant Raintree in Menara CIMB, KL Sentral. Her friends like Ju Nn Phang, Daryl Foong and Elisa Khong all rallied together to support her by offering donations and spreading the word of Under One Woof’s plight.
