Last week, Coach celebrated the Lunar New Year in advance to coincide with the grand opening of its renovated Gurney Plaza boutique. Auspicious red accented the space from the lanterns to the giant photowall. A traditional Chinese candy parked outside the boutique satisfied the sweet tooth. There were also Chinese zodiac origami and Chinese calligraphy stations. And then there were the celebrity guests who arrived at the venue on the Coach bus looking their festive best. Hong Kong TVB actors Edwin Siu and Priscilla Wong officiated the opening with Emmanuel Ruelland, general manager of Tapestry South East Asia and Oceania, Selina Ang, general manager of Gurney Plaza, and actress Nur Fazura.
