Whenever Malaysia Tatler Homes and Signature Kitchen join hand, we can be certain that things will take a delectable turn. And as anticipated, the cooking and baking demonstration session held in December was one filled with the most flavourful inspirations.
The recipes of the day includes a surefire crowd-pleaser that is a hearty potato soup. Presented by Chef Colin Edward Lim using the Thermos Shuttle Chef, all the accomplished home chefs and party hosts in attendance were duly impressed by the magic of slow cooking and the amount of effort it takes out of food preparation. Against a backdrop of beautiful kitchen in the Signature Kitchen Lifestyle Gallery thereafter, Chef Lawrence Cheong showed off his log-cake baking skills with great finesse. The audience were clearly eager to recreate the dessert at home as they were seen observing attentively and taking notes before sitting down for a high tea.
