Vivienne Cheng, Chef Anna Olson and Mae Ho

The Asian Food Channel and Berjaya University College of Hospitality hosted a private dinner with Anna Olson, and 80 corporate clients and partners at Samplings on the Fourteenth.

Chef Anna worked with the staff and students of the school to create a five-course menu made up of South East Asian-inspired dishes that will be featured on her new show ‘Inspired with Anna Olson.’

Guests like Vivienne Cheng and Ning Baizura were also treated to a live demonstration of Chef Anna making a lime crème caramel inspired by Filipino Leche Flan.
