The entrance of Pavilion KL has never looked more vibrant than on a special Monday which was set to be the launch of Lancôme's Wish Big campaign and the commencement of the brand's celebration of Chinese New Year 2019. Exclusive guests were painting the town red and dressed accordingly to go with the theme of "Auspicious Colours". The event began with a lion-awakening ritual by Malek Bekdache, managing director of L'Oréal Malaysia, accompanied by Pavilion CEO Dato' Joyce Yap, representatives from Parkson such as Natalie Cheng, Adeline Wong, Law Boon Eng; Lancôme Malaysia's LUXE Divison general manager, Jennie Ma and celebrity friends Debbie Goh and Venice Min. Following that, the crowd was entertained by the electric and hypnotising lion dance performances – a prelude to the gold confetti and rose petals that showered the crowds after. Once the opening ceremony ended, guests made their way into the mall, wherein they took part in various exciting activities which included decorating mandarin oranges, lipstick engraving, personalising fans and 2019 fortune predictions.
