Penfolds winery and Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur teamed up for an evening of fine cuisine and wine pairing to introduce the latest vintage of the legendary Penfolds Grange wine.
Guests including Franck Stocek and Dr David Quek were treated to a sumptuous 5-course menu prepared by the new Chef de Cuisine of Mandarin Grill, Benjamin Halat, that was paired with the delicate wine.
The brand ambassador of Penfolds winery, Simon Cant also joined the dinner to guide the guests through the wines paired with the feast.
