For its official launch in Kuala Lumpur, Laurent Ferrier treated VIP guests of Sincere Fine Watches to a rare demonstration of a movement finishing technique called black polishing. Christian Ferrier, son of the company’s founder, and Vanessa Monestel, CEO of Laurent Ferrier, personally conducted this live session at Sincere’s boutique at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Driven by a passion for traditional watchmaking but with a modern twist, Laurent Ferrier also presented its latest timepieces including the SIHH 2018 novelty, Galet Classic Tourbillon Double Spiral, as well as the Galet Traveller Asia created specially for Sincere. Apart from a deeper understanding about the independent Swiss brand and its watchmaking capability, guests also went home with a personalised notebook inscribed with their names.
