Souled Out recently celebrated 21 years as a renowned and well-loved F&B franchise, by throwing a Black Light themed party, filled with fluorescent-fun activities and a specially crafted 'glow' cocktail for the night. Having began as a small neighbourhood cafe at Mont Kiara in 1996, the restaurant moved to its current location in Sri Hartamas in 1999, and has not only survived throughout the years, but also expanded. Being under the Soul Society Group, which also manages other notable eateries, there are now 5 branches of Souled Out - in Sri Hartamas, Ampang, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Bangsar South and even Kota Kinabalu.
