Suraj Menon and Joanne de Silva welcomed friends and family from far and wide to The Westin Kuala Lumpur to celebrate their nuptials, a beautiful coming together of different cultures and religious beliefs – Joanne is a Catholic of Eurasian and Chinese descent while Suraj is a Hindu, Malaysian Indian. The party kicked off with the couple dancing down the aisle to the song ‘Happy’ which, according to Joanne, set the tone for the celebration as the couple wanted everyone to mingle, eat, drink and dance the night away. Guests included Tan Sri AK Nathan, Datuk Kelvin Tan and Ashvin Valiram. The newlyweds' vision for the night was a success as the evening was sprinkled with laughter and joyful hearts.
