In her twenties, Cheryl built tech startups in the US. As fate would have it, she was eventually drawn back home to take on the role as the founding CEO of Malaysian Global Innovation Creativity Centre (MaGIC). In two years, she set the foundation for 15,000 startups of various categories by connecting them to the right people as well as each other. The conditions of her Green Card meant she had to return to the US, but she never stopped contributing to Malaysia. She now runs her own consultancy company and sits as a director on the board of Malaysian startups like Flexiroam. Did you know: Cheryl is tied the knot with Jason Sew Hoy, in Bali and KL.
