Extremely passionate about the culinary arts, Darren wants to see better quality restaurants and more recognition for their accomplishments in the dining scene. Respecting our ecosystem and its large diversity of ingredients is a philosophy that he implements into his cooking, introducing creativity into humble ingredients to produce stellar dishes that push the Malaysian culinary sector forward. Through his restaurant, he hopes to inspire younger chefs and the people that dine at his establishment.
