Tatlergrams Of The Week: Gen.T Luminaries Of 2017 Come Out To Play

Close Up

May 4, 2017 | BY Jessica Liew

Wherever our Gen.T listers and their companions are, camera flash lights go off, naturally.

While our photographers did a fine job of snapping all the happy faces in their element, it was our listers' mobile phones and Instagram posts that captured the life of the party at Glasshouse @ Seputeh.

Tastemakers, trendsetters and entrepreneurs alike were seen raising a toast to new-found friendships, old friends joyfully reunited , and stylish ladies assembled for #OOTD snaps, in a crossover bursting with infectious energy.

Beyond the photos, you'll see that many paths met and conversations flowed in an evening that also unveiled Malaysia Tatler's first Gen.T list of the nation's 50 most innovative and impactful talents

Under our #GenerationT2017 social media hashtag, hundreds of memories are to be found. Click through to view what listers like Joel Neoh, Neelofa, Joe Flizzow and Jovian Mandagie lit up the celebration.

Neelofa tee'd off the event with an inspirational quote, in Dior, no less!

That one night when Jason Choong and girlfriend Teo Yi Ping traded their sportswear for eveningwear.

Dr Andrea Lim bumped into new mummy Geraldine Dreiser, and no doubt, exchanged motherhood tips.

Malaysia Tatler Executive chairman Michel Lamunière and his other half, head of Gen.T Tamara Lamunière, caught up with Gen T lister Datin Dian Lee.

#OOTD photos are so last year. Shaine Wong, Ju Nn Phang and Wendy Tai showed us how to Boomerang in style.

Of the night's many reunions,  Chrystal Tan and  Nicole Foo  made the most fashionable one.

Who said twinning is the ultimate fashion faux pas? Embrace it like Malisse Tan and Shen-Tel Lee.

No joke is too old to share. Case in point: Jovian Mandagie and Roen Lim.

Power couple Levy Li and Goh Soo Sing immortalised their night out with a gallery of memories.

April cover boy Joel Neoh and (one-half of) March cover girls Rachel Yeoh did a wefie with old buddy, Mah Kok Wah.

Always picture perfect, our host of the evening needs no introduction.

She was one of the last guests to leave, but it's always a pleasure having you for a little longer, Tunku Elana Khyra!

Double the joy for Jesrina Arshad, whose portrait was placed below her idol, Yuna.

Chef Isadora Chai hung up her apron and knives, and traded them for an LBD and a hunk at her arm.

All you need is Kal Joffres to get the party started!

When your other half shows up at the party halfway through...
Sally Quah sums up all the right feels.

Always impeccably dressed, this couple was seen toasting to their impending big day.

Hennessy cocktails had Matthew Lim and Clairyn Chong doing the jig all night long.

Possibly the youngest in the crowd, Rachel Yeoh effortlessly held her own and had heads turning in this brilliant dress.

Ever the crowd favourite, Marion Caunter got snap-happy with Ferhat Nazri Aziz and Iman Abdullah

Food goddess Ili Sulaiman celebrated her Gen.T listing with those who know her best.

Get up to speed with the May cover power couple that is Fadza Anuar and Vivy Yusof of FashionValet, who are also part of our Gen.T visionaries
