1. Hannam The Hill, Seoul
Known as not only the most expensive apartment complex in South Korea, Hannam The Hill in Seoul is also home to several members of superstar group BTS and is found in one of the city’s most exclusive neighbourhoods.
The luxury apartment complex won the Seoul Architecture Award in 2013, with the 600 units spread across 32 buildings, and the homes each feature open space living and dining areas, huge marble-finished bathrooms, and incredible views of downtown Seoul. Hannam The Hill also houses a huge gym complex, several communal pools and a golf range for its high profile residents. It was widely reported that BTS paid 7.4 billion won (about RM27 million) in 2017, with the complex holding the top spot in South Korea’s most expensive list since 2015.
