The latest addition to the Ferrari roster made its global debut yesterday at the Mondial de l'Automobile. The four-seater GTC4Lusso T packs a turbo-charged V8 under the hood that takes it from 0-100km/h in 3.5 seconds, tops out at 320km/h and growls like a hungry beast.

It would usually take several months, if not more, before this prancing horse comes galloping to our shores, but for the first time in the company’s history, the GTC4Lusso T was let out of the stables in Malaysia the same time as it was revealed 10,417km away, in Paris – which may well make it the fastest Ferrari we’ve ever seen.

Coming just months after the GTC4Lusso, the ‘T’ is quick to set itself apart. Switching out the V12 for a twin-turbo charged V8, and going from a four-wheel drive to a rear two-wheel drive, this Ferrari is built to be an everyday car. Despite the changes under the hood, the car maintains its four-wheel steering system as well as its good looks, really making the GTC4Lusso T an alternative option for someone looking for a smaller power plant and a simpler and familiar drive.

The Ferrari GTC4Lusso T is priced from RM 1,088,000, excluding duty and customization.

Here's hoping the drop-top LaFerrari rides out here as fast as this horse.
