Powered by a Ferrari V8 turbo, a member of the same engine family that saw the carmaker win the International Engine of the Year Award in both 2016 and 2017, the car is capable of going from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds. This is done through a combination of new components, engine management sofrware and weight reduction.
The Portofino is a coupe-convertible with a retractable hard top, only taking 14 seconds to open or close. The convertible nature highlights a sportier personality and makes it all the more enticing in warmer climate countries such as Malaysia.
New interior features further updates the Ferrari experience, with an infotainment with a 10.2 inch touchscreen display, a new air-conditioning system, a new steering wheel, 18-way adjustable electric-powered seats and more. Passengers will also appreciate the car's new wind deflectors, promising to cut air flow inside the cabin by 30 per cent during open-top driving.
Starting from a base price of RM948,000 (exclusing duty and customisation), the Portofino is a Ferrari that boasts a sleek design and top performance infused with modern technologies without compromising the practicality of passenger space, a trunk and rear seats suitable for a short trip.
