‘Drumming Nation’ will feature international as well as local drum and percussion acts in two concerts on one day as part of the International Drumming Festival.
Following their fundraiser for the event, held back in May, HANDS Percussion returns with its 4th installation of its International Drumming Festival, Kaleidoscope IV. ‘Drumming Nation’ will feature international as well as local drum and percussion acts in two concerts on one day.
The shows on September 10 at 3pm and 8.30pm at Plenary Hall, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre will feature three overseas acts – Dafra Drum from the United States of America and Burkina Faso, Gamelan Jing Gong from Indonesia, and Max Riefer from Germany. They will be joined by Kamrul Hussin and Geng Wak Long, Chia Cheng Kok, Tan Su Yin and a troupe from the Temple of Fine Arts.
