If you already have your mat out for International Yoga Day, we wish you 'namaste' but if you're still looking for a reason to start, let these society ladies tell you why you should get on the zen bandwagon.

For a true yogi, any time is a good time to get your yoga pants on, get into a crow or  downward dog and connect with your inner peace, but the 21st of June is the day to do that more than any other days because it has been officially declared International Yoga Day by the United Nations.

If you already have your mat out, we wish you 'namaste' but if you're still looking for a reason to start, let these society ladies tell you why you should get on the zen bandwagon.

"I love yoga because it's really more than perfect poses or headstands. It's about quieting those endless thoughts and being completely present in the moment and movement so that you remember every breath you take is an absolute gift. I emerge from each practice more self aware and centred, with an open mind and grateful heart."
