"I love yoga because it keeps me sane in a world of chaos plus I get a really good stretch."
"I love yoga because it's really more than perfect poses or headstands. It's about quieting those endless thoughts and being completely present in the moment and movement so that you remember every breath you take is an absolute gift. I emerge from each practice more self aware and centred, with an open mind and grateful heart."
