The London Design Festival (not to be confused with the London Design Fair, which will be participating in the Festival) has five "Design Destinations" this year.

The annual London Design Festival, taking place this year from September 17-25, is one of the world's most important annual design fairs, with hundreds of events and exhibitions taking place around the capital city.

The London Design Festival (not to be confused with the London Design Fair, which will be participating in the Festival) has five "Design Destinations": key events for designers and manufacturers in the industry.

For the first time, this year the London Design Fair (the umbrella brand for Tent London and Super Brands London) will partner with the luxury design show Decorex International, the UK's longest-running show of its kind. The shows will run consecutively: Decorex (held in Syon Park, London) will be open from 18-21 September and the London Design Fair (the Old Truman Brewery, east London) from 22-25 September. Trade visitors will be able to access both with one ticket.

Held at the Olympia from 21-24 September, for 2016 the 100% Design show has selected the theme of "Experience" in design. Specially-commissioned art installations will decorate the event space, and a series of popular seminars on trends in contemporary practice and the future of design will be run by the Design Museum as part of a glimpse into its calendar when it reopens on November 24.
