With the Mitsubishi ASX already boasting the ambassadorial star power of Yuna, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has officially introduced a special edition to the compact SUV. Limited to 180 units, the ASX Orange Edition gets an exterior and interior update with plenty of orange touches.

Although the base of the compact SUV is white, the exterior now sports an orange front undercover, orange rear undercover, orange large rear spoiler and orange side mirrors to go along with its 17-inch matte black rims and ‘Spirit of Competition’ decals on the bonnet.

The orange accents carry to the interior with orange-accented leather seats and orange stitching carpet mat. But ensuring the Orange Edition gets more than just a touch up, Mitsubishi has equipped it with a new All Round Monitor that operates off of four external cameras mounted on the front, sides and rear of the vehicle, giving drivers some extra assistance with parking as well as all round safety.

Under the hood, the locally assembled, award-winning ASX is powered by a 2.0-litre MIVEC engine working hand in hand with a Continuous Variable Transmission. It also comes stocked with leather seats, keyless starting, 7 airbags, Anti-lock Braking System and Electronic Brake Distribution.

The Mitsubishi ASX Orange Edition will retail for RM132,900.19 and comes with a 5-year warranty package. In conjunction with Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia’s Raya promotions, customers can get cash rebates up to RM8,000 for booking and registering the ASX Orange Edition before July 31.
