Which would you choose—speed or practicality? That decision is made easier with the introduction of Porsche’s new all-electric Taycan Cross Turismo.
Porsche’s all-electric Taycan family will welcome a new member called the Cross Turismo, which combines the performance of its electric powered Taycan sedan with the dependability of a station wagon. The new Cross Turismo is expected to debut in Malaysia sometime in the second half of 2021.

There will be four variants, all of which to feature two motors and all-wheel drive. With the powertrain setup being identical to the standard Taycan, the base model is said to offer a top speed of 220km/h, a single-charge range between 389km and 456km, and the ability to sprint from 0-100km/h in 5.1 seconds.
The top-of-the-range Turbo S, on the other hand, offers a top speed of 250km/h with an electric driving range of 388km to 419km on a single charge. This variant is said to achieve the century sprint in just 2.9 seconds.
The cars come with an 11kW onboard charger as standard though you have the option to upgrade it to a 22kW unit. According to Porsche, 11kW can recharge the battery in nine hours but if you have access to a 50kW DC charger, it powered up to 100km of range on a 30-minute charge.
