The picturesque Friuli wine estate is set across nearly 110 acres of land and living space––and could be yours for US$13mil

Christie’s International Realty is offering up the property of a lifetime: a picturesque Prosecco vineyard located in the province of Pordenone, Italy. The sprawling estate includes nearly 110 hectares of vineyards that produce DOC Prosecco and plays home to more than a dozen different historic dwellings set across the estate.

Nestled into the banks of the Tagliamento river, in the countryside of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the 108-hectare wine state boasts a manor villa, a Gastaldia and a Barchessa, including a total of 30 bedrooms and 29 bathrooms. The agricultural portion equally leaves little to be desired, with 19.4 hectares of vineyards and 29.9 hectares used for rooted and grafted vines.

The 18th century manor villa is located in the heart of the property and currently includes a “high-level accommodation business” that features a white façade with rectangular windows at the first floor and a double staircase leading to the arched main doorway. An older portion of the building dates back to the 15th century and has been carefully restored.

Most importantly, the Prosecco vineyard produces an estimated 400 tons of Glera grapes per year which are then turned into “excellent sparkling wine,” according to the Christie’s International Realty listing.

The location of the property is also considered to be quite conveniently placed; not too far from a small town that includes all necessary services and amenities, and also allows for easy commuting to several cities and landmarks across Northern Italy, including the beaches of Lignano Sabbiadoro,  the fortified city of Palmanova, Kobarid just beyond the Slovenian border, and even the city of Venice.

The sprawling Italian vineyard is currently listed for US$13.6mil (about RM56mil) at Christie’s International Realty. For more information, visit the official Christie’s International Realty website.
