Bulgari Installation by Zaha Hadid

Renowned architect Zaha Hadid designed a special Serpenti art installation for Bulgari at the recent Milan Design Week.

During the recent Milan Design Week 2015, Bulgari engaged the services of celebrated architect Zaha Hadid to create a one-of-a-kind Serpenti installation to celebrate the timeless icon of Bulgari.

Inspired by the house's mascot, Zaha Hadid designed a polygonal structure that was featured in the garden of Bulgari Hotel. Within the structure, an extraordinary exhibition of Bulgari Serpenti creations, dating from the 1960 up to the latest jewelry collection, was showcased along with the incredible installation by the master of contemporary architecture.

Reputed presonalities including designer Philippe Starck, artist Francesco Vezzoli and architect Antonio Citterio were amongst those who were present to witness the incredible creations by both Bulgari and Zaha Hadid.

Alongside the installation at Bulgari Hotel, Zaha Hadid’s interpretation of the serpent also made its way into the Bulgari store in via Montenapoleone through Serpenti windows, which were specially designed for Milan Design Week.
