Hello,
The much-awaited Korean steakhouse Cote has finally opened its doors at Como Orchard. Cote is a cross between two things Korean-American restaurateur Simon Kim loves the most—Korean barbecue joints he enjoyed as a kid growing up in South Korea, and the classic American steakhouses which are extremely popular in his current home of New York.
Steak offerings here range from classic cuts like filet mignon, ribeye and New York strip, to lesser-known cuts such as flat iron and hanger steak. And, instead of the traditional heavier dishes, Kim opted to serve pickled and fermented vegetables.
It is, indeed, an exciting addition to Singapore’s buzzy dining scene. Find out more about the restaurant here.
