A Feast to Remember

Hello,

Few chefs practice sustainable gastronomy like Simon Rogan, the British-born chef who holds Michelin Green stars across his two restaurants: three-Michelin-starred L’Enclume and one-Michelin-starred Roganic Hong Kong. This is part of the Fullerton World’s Best Chefs series launched in May 2022, which brings international chefs to the island for exciting culinary residencies.

Prepare for a sumptuous feast, as Rogan presents signatures from his restaurants, as well as exclusive dishes crafted just for this residency using local, regional and English ingredients.
