What and where you need to eat this April
The F&B scene is bubbling with activity this April. Tatler Dining is collaborating with Martell VSOP Cognac this whole month, proudly sharing eight bespoke menus created by eight top restaurants featuring the bold and nuanced flavours of cognac. The celebrated fine dining establishment, Hapag, has officially moved from its Katipunan location, and is settling into its new Rockwell digs quite nicely. Chef Aaron Isip opened the doors to his new concept, Kasa Palma, which now offers a robust tasting menu and an à la carte selection too. M Dining + Bar will be the next eatery to move into The Balmori Chef's Table and is excited to showcase a range of brand new creations to loyal patrons and new fans alike. That's not all, in fact there is a whole slew of updates you ought to be made aware of, so read on to keep in-the-know.
