A woman with a big heart and even bigger ambitions, Jayne plays her part in the running of EPIC Collective, as its COO. Apart from her daily work commitments, the bright-eyed, 30-year-old has not just helped build and rebuild homes for the poor and disadvantaged, she has also led volunteer groups comprising youth and urbanites in large-scale home building projects, encouraged the exchange of ideas, and manifested life values. Her source of willpower? It’s being spurred by the culture of teamwork and community collaborations at EPIC, as well as the people whom she lends aid to along her humbling journey.
