HP Malaysia has launched the #iMovewithHP social media campaign that will see it donating laptops to Teach For Malaysia
Although this pandemic has brought with it many unprecedented challenges in our daily lives, it has also brought out the best in us, with many individuals, communities and corporations stepping up to help us get through this difficult time. HP Malaysia is one such organisation and last week, it launched the social media campaign #iMovewithHP that sees it working with Teach For Malaysia (TFM) to provide underprivileged children in the B40 community who lack access to technology to enable them to learn from home during the MCO.
#iMovewithHP kicked off with a pledge to donate 50 units of HP 14 laptops in support of TFM's efforts to make learning from home possible for these children. As a non-profit independent organisation, TFM is on a mission to provide all children in Malaysia the opportunity to attain an excellent education and will identify schools in the Klang Valley that have a high population of underprivileged students and work with the school management to nominate families to receive the HP 14 laptops.
#iMovewithHP was brought to life to support communities who lack access to the technology that is vital in continuing our education and work. As consumers keep working and keep learning from home, we want Malaysians to play a part in reaching out to help our local community by improving access to education in our new normal.
