Tan Sri Jeffrey Cheah is most known as the man that has transformed Sunway Group into the conglomerate it is today with diversified businesses around the globe but so passionate is he in the field of education that he has set up The Jeffrey Cheah Foundation that provides scholarships and awards to deserving individuals to further their studies. Recently, he received a special invitation to be a member of the Global Advisory Council of Harvard University from its president, Drew Gilpin Faust. He is also a supporter of Project Southeast Asia in Oxford University.
Tan Sri Lim Kok Wing
Although he started off in communications, it is in the field of education that Tan Sri Lim Kok Wing truly excelled in, with branches of his tertiary institution LimKokWing University of Creative Technology, now available in cities such as Phnom Penh in Cambodia, Mbabane in Swaziland and Gaborone in Botswana. Describing himself as a perfectionist with a low tolerance for mediocrity, he is also a non-violence advocate that most Malaysians are familiar with.

Dato' Peter Ng
The UCSI name has continued to grow into a conglomerate that operates in education, consultancy, healthcare, hotels, property and technology under the leadership of its founder and chairman Dato’ Peter Ng.
