"For me it’s my hair. We can’t do much as men, only our hair. I have my regular stylist, but I will go for a quick trim before the ball."

"I think a jacket is very important to a man's look. I’m going to wear a jacket from Dolce & Gabbana’s latest collection. I got it from London, specifically for the ball."

"It depends on my mood. If I have to name one item to focus on, it'd be my tux. I’d probably go with trousers that stand out or a unique bowtie to distinguish myself."

"I’m a shoe person. When I am going for any occasion, I think first of shoes. Everything else has to work around my shoes. My favourite would be Louboutins – I’m going to pick up a new pair to go with my new tuxedo. Givenchy gave me a new tuxedo upon hearing that I was going to the Tatler Ball."
Quintin Tan
"I try to make sure I don’t clash with whoever I’m going with, that’s the most important thing. My diamonds are my most important accessories – I can’t go without them. My earrings, my rings, my cufflinks, that's how I stand out in the little ways."
Raymond Choon
"I’m going to stand out with my bow-tie. I’m skinny so I always like avant-garde pieces. I can’t wear something normal, I will look very boring since I don’t have the build. I always try to wear unique accessories to enhance my overall look."
