"Women care about how they look while men don't" is a contentious statement. We believe it to be true and for the most part so have brands that make beauty products. But the very term "beauty product" is a bit of a misnomer because these products tend to have benefits that go beyond feeding your vanity.

While grooming is done to look clean, presentable and just outright fine, taking the time to learn a thing or two from the fairer sex's "beauty" playbook may just be good for your health. So, suck it up, try these 6 things and never admit your girlfriend was right, because that would just be unmanly.

1. Face Wash

2. Moisturise

3. Sunscreen

4. Exfoliate

5. Lip care

6. Condition
