The 'Gossip Girl' actress steps into the role formerly held by Keira Knightley for more than a decade
Chanel ushers in a new era of the Coco Mademoiselle fragrance with 20-year-old Canadian actress, Whitney Peak. She is known for her leading roles in HBO's Gossip Girl reboot and the sequel to Disney's Hocus Pocus, where she held her own against veteran actors, Sarah Jessica Parker, Bette Midler, and Kathy Najimy.
Her partnership with Chanel first began in 2021, when she was a brand ambassador for the US market and muse of the 22 Handbag campaign alongside Lily Rose-Depp. Now the face of Coco Mademoiselle, she will continue to bring her "contagious joy, spirit and energy" to the French luxury brand. "She is the embodiment of today’s youth whose curiosity, confidence in life, appetite for experiences and lack of preconceptions echo the temperament of the young Coco Chanel," writes the official press release.
