The Bell & Ross latest BR-X2 Tourbillon Micro-Rotor watch is going extreme into the simplification of the watchmaking process.

The watch was unveiled at a special preview event held at the spanking new and eco-friendly Element Hotel, where the luxury watch brand also announced its month-long lifestyle pop-up store in collaboration with Cortina Watches at Suria KLCC.

The pop-up store will display an exhibition showcasing the BR-X2 Tourbillon Micro-Rotor along with the full collection of the BR-X1 that comes with a high-tech chronograph and a sporty design making it robust as well as sophisticated.

Limited to only 99 pieces worldwide, the next generation BR-X2’s movement is designed and manufactured to be square and thin- 36mm by 36mm with a height as low as 4.05mm -  and is called the caliber BR380. Unlike conventional watches, the BR-X2 is not housed in a traditional watch case instead, it is framed inside a holder which is then closed with two sapphire plates, revealing the brilliant mechanism within. The entire timepiece is built around the movement, which is the masterpiece of the watch.
