Kendall Jenner for Dior

Jonathan Saunders is said to be the Dior pick for Simons' successor.

A May 31 show at Blenheim Palace could mark a debut for Dior's new Creative Director.

With Raf Simons having vacated the Creative Director's position in October 2015, Jonathan Saunders is said to be the Dior pick for Simons' successor.

With Saunders having left Pollini in December 2015, as well as surrendering his own well known brand, talk is that he's accepted a position at Dior.

If so, the May 31 unveiling of the house's 2017 cruise collection makes for an ideal event at which to unveil not only Saunders but his influence upon LVMH's luxury fashion brand, suggests FashionMag.

The London show takes place two days before Gucci's own display within the confines of Westminster Abbey on June 2.

Meanwhile, Dior has announced that an in-house design team has taken over the fashion house.
