The world’s biggest luxury group, LVMH group has announced a sponsorship deal with the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics

LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) has recently announced its commitment as a premium partner for the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympic Games, adding its illustrious name to the ranks of esteemed French sponsors, such as BPCE, Sanofi, and Carrefour.

The announcement was made in Paris, where the group reaffirmed its dedication to supporting athletes during the Games, including French swimmer Leon Marchand. In addition, renowned jeweller Chaumet, a part of the LVMH family, will be tasked with designing the coveted medals for the Games. Furthermore, one of LVMH’s maisons will dress the French athletic delegation, while Sephora, LVMH’s beauty retailer, will sponsor the Olympic torch relay

LVMH’s partnership with the Paris 2024 Olympics comes at a time when the Games are poised to unite the world in celebration of athleticism, sportsmanship, and shared values. “The Games are an opportunity to make France shine,” says Antoine Arnault, one of the five children and heirs of LVMH Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault.

While the full details of the sponsorship agreement are unknown, sources estimate its value to be around 150 million euros. As one of Europe’s most valuable companies, with a market capitalisation exceeding 400 billion euros, LVMH’s involvement in the Paris 2024 Olympics has piqued considerable interest throughout France.
