Piro-chan and Bug-kun also made pitstops at some of Singapore's most iconic landmarks, stealing hearts along the way.

After Michael Kors and Kate Hudson, another iconic duo in the fashion world decided to hit up the Lion City.

A little less blond but equally as cute and welcomed, they were none other than Fendirumi, the furry mascots Piro-chan and Bug-kun of Fendi.

The lovable 2-metre tall embodiment of the fun spirit of Fendi were in town for the reopening of Fendi’s iconic Marina Bay Sands store, which now boasts newly renovated and refreshed store concepts highlighting its deep heritage.

Many of the brand's signature elements can easily be spotted at the new boutique, among them the Spike Wall, pierced with thousands of gold metal spikes while displaying the iconic Baguette bags as well as niches made from cracked stucco and brushed bronze panels, inspired by the process of fur-making as the spikes are used to fix fur onto materials. The space houses a Leather Goods area, Women's Leather Goods, Women's Ready-to-Wear, Shoes and Accessories as well as a Men's area.

After a visit to the store, Fendirumi also took a tour around the city and visited iconic locations like the Merlion, The National Gallery Singapore, Clifford Pier, the Gardens by the Bay and more, dancing their way and stealing hearts throughout.

To celebrate the opening of the Marina Bay Sands boutique, Fendi has created limited edition of the iconic Peekaboo bag and Strap You. The Mini Peekaboo comes with special embroidery and purple leather on the inside, trimmed with green leather and finished with palladium accessories and Swarovski crystal bar and closure. The Strap You features a special embroidery on purple and black leather.

The duo sure has come a long way from home since they were first spotted in Milan.
