An Evening Of Art & Watchmaking History With Jaeger-LeCoultre At The Royal Academy Of Arts
For over 250 years, The Royal Academy Of Arts has hosted some of the most prestigious art events and exhibitions in the world in line with its mission to promote visual arts and offer a voice for artists everywhere.
This month at The Royal Academy Of Arts Summer Exhibition, Jaeger-LeCoultre was the centre of attention. The Swiss Maison's prolific 186-year history of watchmaking and craftmanship was complemented by a stunning showcase of its latest masterpiece, Master Grande Tradition Gyrotourbillon Westminster Perpétuel – introduced this year at the 2019 Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH).
Guests of Jaeger-LeCoultre were treated to a grand gala dinner celebrating ‘The Art Of Precision’, attended by friend of the Maison, Benedict Cumberbatch along with English actress Juliet Stevenson, BBC One’s Les Misérables star Ellie Bamber and American actor and director Clarke Peters.
