What’s your favourite Liz & Dick movie?

Roberto: I really enjoyed watching Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf. I like the way the script examines the breakdown of middle age marriage. It’s quite funny to see it from that perspective and the acting was exceptional, especially Elizabeth Taylor who pulled off a great performance. You can really feel their chemistry.

Kavita: For me, it’s just Cleopatra. It’s so iconic and is such a great movie. It’s become like a legend. I love the film, I loved her in it and it will be with us for the next hundreds of years. Everyone wants to be Cleopatra. 

How’s married life treating you?

Roberto: It hasn’t changed much from our dating days. We are both busy with our careers and we always look forward to spending time together by going on a nice holiday and spoiling each other rotten. 

Kavita: Sometimes, society makes us think that things should change after one is married and it hasn’t for us. We are still each other’s best friends and that’s so important.

What’s the most perfect gift in time you’d give each other?

Kavita: Love

Roberto: Support. I’m not looking for anything in particular, as long as she’s there sharing all the important moments with me.

What do you look for when purchasing a timepiece?

Kavita: We all look for that elegant and classic timepieces that will stand the test of time, don’t we?

Roberto: When it comes to watches, I’m a classic kinda guy.

What’s your favourite Jaeger-LeCoultre timepieces?

Kavita: I fell in love with the watches as soon as I wore them. I can’t get over the Reverso. It’s modern and luxurious at the same time; and is perfect as a day or night statement watch.

Roberto: The Master Control Chronograph is my favourite. It’s effortless and elegant; and checks all the right boxes in the design department.
