Designed by Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance, the new Montblanc boutique at The Gardens Mall stands out for its fusion of contemporary design and classical elegance.

Measuring over 600sf in size, Montblanc recently unveiled a fresh retail concept at The Gardens Mall Kuala Lumpur. French designer Duchaufour-Lawrance’s astute combination of sleek metal and lacquer, and the warm softness of brown has given the new boutique a distinctive look. Seen throughout the space are calligraphy-like lines inspired by the cursive handwriting associated with Montblanc’s writing instrument. The instantly recognisable Mont Blanc snowcap emblem is complemented with black lacquer walls while the custom-made furniture recalls art nouveau style with a contemporary twist. The ground floor boutique is neatly divided into - yet seamlessly connecting - the different product categories with the watch section framed by brass, leather and wood, the leather goods by black leather and walnut, and the writing instruments and jewellery by lacquers and fine metals.
