The new kit takes inspiration from the colours of the Johor flag

Nicknamed the Southern Tigers because of their prowess on the fields, the Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) team will sport a new kit by Nike when the 2021 football season begins in March. The jerseys features red, blue and white in abstract stripe prints—the colours of the Johor flag—which also symbolise the resilient ethos of the team.

Equally functional as sports gear, the jerseys is crafted with Nike's proprietary Dri-Fit technology to keep the players dry and comfortable during a match as well as the Performance Fit technology for a better fit to improve their agility and speed on the pitch.

It gives me immense pride to wear the jersey and represent not just the club but the entire JDT community that supports us every day. The jersey stands as a symbol of our collective identity, for the athlete on the pitch and for the fans off it.”
