Proving that her star is rising higher than ever, pop star and actress Selena Gomez further cements a groundbreaking comeback through announcing of her partnership with Coach.

The influencer, who recently made headlines with an emotional acceptance speech of the 2016 American Music Award for Favourite Pop/Rock Female Artist, announced her collaboration with the New York design house that commences with her starring role in their fall 2017 fashion campaign, unveiled to the delight of her 104 million-strong followers through an Instagram post.

As part of the partnership, Selena will embark on a special design project with Coach Executive Director Stuart Vevers. “I’m so excited to work with Coach and love the clothing and accessories designed by Stuard Vevers,” Selena was quoted. “I am especially looking forward to getting to know the Coach team as well as becoming involved in the Foundation’s support of Step Up,” she added, of the organization dedicated to empowering teen girls from underserved communities.

The partnership couldn’t be rosier for the brand known for its heritage in authentic leatherwork, designed for the romantic, cool and confident woman in mind – strong qualities embodied by Selena. “The fact that she has always loved Coach, and believed so strongly in our philanthropic mission, made her a true Coach Girl,” muses Vevers.
