Jas Chin’s style consists of mementos showcasing her worldly taste and penchant for traditional craftsmanship from Thailand to Africa.

A refined exuberance and zest for fashion-forward trends lend Jas Chin a ‘city girl’ aura, despite having grown up in Sabah.

Her move to Kuala Lumpur was only official after she graduated from Australia. The petite fashionista radiates a zeal for world exploration, in many a unique accessory paired with her enviable outfits, like a pair of handmade earrings from Siam.

This knack for mixing and matching a diverse wardrobe stems from from her style motto, “The most beautiful thing a woman can wear is confidence".

Here, Jas shows us 2 bold ways to wear a jumpsuit.

1/6 As an avid traveller, how do you plan your wardrobe during your trips?

I always plan my outfits and never repeat my looks for every destination I go to. Aside from flight tickets and accommodations, the next priority is to look good in your photos. A great tip is to check on the weather forecast beforehand.

Comfortable yet flattering sneakers, oversized sunglasses and a stylish jacket that can be worn from day to night; a must have for every stylish jetsetter’s travel essentials.

4/6 What do you enjoy most about dressing up?

I love dressing up because that’s how I portray myself with confidence and make a statement on my personal style whether I'm dressing up or down.

5/6 Is there a style trend that you dislike?

I don’t have any style that I dislike because everyone has their own preference. That being said, I do believe that dressing well is a form of respect to the occasion.

6/6 Who is your favourite style icon?

I love both Victoria Beckham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's styles; they are able to achieve empowerment through women’s fashion.
