Four of the biggest maisons in horology kicked off 2020 with some good news for watch enthusiasts
The first ever LVMH Watch Week in Dubai unveiled a couple of timepieces that will thrill the under-served female collectors, an instant gold classic and a silver fox of a Carrera.
Bulgari Serpenti Seduttori Tourbillon
Redesigned last year for a new generation of women, the Serpenti watch is elevated with the inclusion of the tourbillon, the complication that cancels the effects of gravitational pull on timing precision. The movement, BVL150, is crafted to resemble the case shape, which mimics the serpent's head.
Complementing it are the ultra-luxurious diamonds in snow setting on the dial and case, which comes in a choice of 18k red or white gold. For maximum sparkle, opt for the white gold with matching bracelet set with round brilliant-cut diamonds.
